The time is finally here- the sun is out winter is gone. 

You are ready to get back into running, and you're more committed than ever. 

Not to say that you weren't last year. But your knee didn't hold up. The pain your knee was giving you last year forced you to stop running in the fall and through the winter.

How It Works

You provide me with a video of your running form. I can analyze best when provided two angles, from the back and side. (A more detailed tutorial of how to record your video will be sent to your email upon purchase of package.)


After receiving your video, I will upload it to my software. With this software, I will be able to see your running form in slow motion and take appropriate measurements. Slowing down your video and taking measures allows me to see what is happening.


Once I have critiqued your form, I will send you a PDF. The PDF will include pictures of your broken-down running form, including measurements. I will include what I am looking at, why I am looking at it, and appropriate critiques.


Unfortunately, I do have to admit my space is limited.

To get your running form analysis done in three days, I only take on four clients at a time.

I do not want to be rushed. You deserve better. Limiting clients allows me to thoroughly analyze your form and provide you with the proper corrective exercises to get you running better.
