Hi I'm Joe, founder of StayAtHomePt, I believe every runner has a unique journey. As passionate athlete with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and dual majors in Athletic Training from Ithaca College, I'm dedicated to helping you achieve your running goals safely and effectively.
My journey began on the football field at Ithaca College, where I not only played but also gained real-world experience rehabilitating athletes. After his football days, I discovered the joy of running, embracing the freedom and challenge it brings. Balancing time in the gym with miles on the trails and roads, I understand the diverse needs of runners at all levels.
