My Jouney
Once a college football player and a dedicated gym rat, I lived for the adrenaline of the game and the clang of weights. After my football days, I stumbled upon the world of endurance running, and let's just say it was love at first mile. Combining strength training with long-distance running has transformed not only my fitness but also my perspective on what the human body can achieve.
