This glute stretch is one of my favorite hip mobility exercises that I frequently recommend to both athletes and desk warriors alike. This stretch is a game-changer for those tight hips!

The Supine Figure 4 Glute Stretch (also known as the "Dead Pigeon" or "Reclined Pigeon Pose") is a gentle yet effective isolation stretch targeting the deep gluteal muscles and piriformis. It's particularly accessible for beginners while offering therapeutic benefits even for advanced athletes.
